What to Expect


From Our Sessions

We’ll meet for one hour long sessions. The first few meetings typically focus on building rapport, understanding your concerns, and setting goals for our sessions together. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences, gain insight, and develop strategies to navigate the challenges you’re facing. Therapy is a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your journey.

With the exception of play therapy for your child, or specifically arranged in-person sessions, we’ll typically meet virtually in a secure HIPAA compliant video session, allowing you to connect from the comfort and convenience of your home.

Payment & Insurance

Payment for sessions can be made electronically. If requested, you will receive an invoice within a week of your session. Please note that I require 24 hour notice for cancellations to avoid a charge, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance to ensure fully personalized care. However, I can provide a receipt for services if you wish to submit it for potential reimbursement. Working outside of insurance allows for greater flexibility, confidentiality, and a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs—without restrictions on session length, frequency, or therapeutic approach.
